Special-order fashion films (e.g., STEK colors/patterns) require prepayment of the material cost, which is non-refundable and includes tax and shipping. If you cancel, you can reschedule once or take possession of the special-order film.

Yes—vehicles are stored inside our secured, climate-controlled facility. We can accommodate most SUVs and trucks, and we regularly handle large or specialty vehicles. For oversized requests (RVs, medium boats), share dimensions in advance and we’ll confirm fit and setup.

Dealerships usually outsource protection services to third-party contractors using entry-level film. We specialize exclusively in PPF, tint, and coatings, using manufacturer-certified installers and industry-leading materials backed by nationwide warranties.

We don’t limit you to in-house warranty—we simplify it. If anything ever needs attention, just bring the car to us and we’ll handle the paperwork and process with the manufacturer on your behalf. If you move, we’ll coordinate care with a certified partner near your next city. In practice, true product failures are extremely rare with top-tier brands; most issues in the industry come from rushed installs. If you see damage from road hazards or a coating that’s clogged from contamination, that’s not a warranty defect—but we’ll help you diagnose and fix it fast. Yes—complimentary loaner cars are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like one, let us know when booking so we can reserve it and confirm license/insurance. We also have rideshare support if a loaner isn’t available that day.
